Robert Brandon (LLB [Hons], B.Int Bus)
Robert is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia and he practises in both New South Wales and Queensland. Robert has expertise in the areas of body corporate and strata titles law, including strata developments and management rights.

He has acted for developers, management rights owners and operators, bodies corporate and strata managers. Through this Robert has gained a wealth of experience in all aspects of mixed use, commercial and residential developments, both small and large scale. He has also worked in the sale, purchase and establishment of management rights and body corporate strata title issues throughout New South Wales and Queensland.

Robert regularly lectures to post graduate law students in strata titles at Bond University and has recently been involved in landmark management rights cases in New South Wales.

Ashley Gullo (LLB [Hons]. B.Com. Dip FS [FP]. Grad Dip Leg Prac)
Ashley is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia, specialising in litigation and business structuring.

He is special counsel to one of Australia’s largest religious organisations whose operations span worldwide and include a university, bank and schools. He also acts for several property developers across Queensland.

Ashley is a skilled negotiator and is author of the series “Negotiate Well”. He holds degrees in Law (Honours) and Commerce and is a PS146 qualified financial advisor. Ashley has experience in business throughout Australia and Europe and is a regular speaker at business conferences globally.
